In earlier years, Marshall served as Vice President of Healthcare Liability Programs at Neace Lukens, where he played an integral part in developing a nursing home liability captive program in 2001 as a solution to the liability crisis. The first 13 years of his career were spent in direct retail insurance agency sales and operations management.
“I’m thrilled to join a proven senior living-focused operation with tremendous upside growth potential,” said Marshall. “K&B Underwriters’ DigniCARE Program is best-in-class in terms of client care and facility training philosophy, and they maintain a superior carrier team, with top service providers.”
Marshall has extensive travel and sales experience in the U.S., London and Cayman insurance markets. Throughout his career, he has developed a large network of insurance relationships with agents, brokers, TPAs, underwriters, legal, insurance program and captive managers.
