Colony

Colony Insurance (a member of the Argonaut Group) specializes in underwriting smaller to mid-size allied medical providers, including assisted living and independent living facilities, home healthcare and group home agencies. Colony will also underwrite skilled care facilities on a limited scale. Property coverage is also available for risks under $10,000,000 in TIV.

Eligibility

• Skilled care - All States with the exception of AK, AL, AR, CA, FL, HI, IL, LA, MO*, MS, NH, NV, OH, RI, TX, WV, or Major Metro Areas. *Colony will consider MO but only with compressed limits.
• Assisted living - All States with the exception of AK, FL, NH, NV, Cook County in IL, and WV.
• Independent living - All States with the exception of AK, NH, NV, and WV.
• Home health - All States with the exception of AK, NH, NV, and WV.
• Group homes - All States with the exception of AK, NH, NV, and WV.
• Colony will also write the following - Adoption/Foster care, adult day care, ambulance and non-emergency transport services, counseling, durable medical equipment distributors, nurse registries, social services, therapy centers, and more - call for details.
