• Skilled care - All states with the exception of AL, AR, CA, FL, IL, LA, MS, NV, OH, TX, and major metro areas.
• Assisted living - All states with the exception of FL, OH, and NV.
• Independent living - All states with the exception of FL, OH, and NV.
• Home health - All states with the exception of NH, OH, and Cook County, IL.
• Group homes - All states with the exception of NH, FL, OH, TX, and Cook County, IL.
• James River will also write the following - Adoption/Foster care, adult day care, ambulance and non-emergency transport services, durable medical equipment distributors, medical imaging centers, medical staffing, mental health organizations, non-standard dentists, shelters, substance abuse rehabilitation, and more - call for details.
